Earlier this morning (November 20, 2009) one of the tour buses that belong to Miley Cyrus ran off the road and crashed, leaving one dead and another hurt.
It has been announced Bill Douglas, 53, who was driving the bus has been declared deceased.
Miley Cyrus has issued a statement according to MTV.com "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill 'Uncle Bill' Douglas".
